For generations, my family has taken many backpacking adventures through the stunning and remote canyon country of Southern Utah. The dinosaur shaped monolith on the far right side of the frame has always served as a landmark, a natural beacon, that we were on the right path as we navigated our way through the winding mazes of the desert canyons below
